One workflow at a time, wired into the tools you already pay for

We are a small studio. We take one process, make it run without you, and hand it back living in your own accounts.

The first workflow is usually one of these

If your task is on this list, we have almost certainly automated something shaped like it before. If it is not, that is a question for the diagnostic, not a guess.

Chasing what people owe you
Reminders that go out on time, follow ups that escalate on their own, and a record of who was asked when.
Routing an inbox
Incoming mail read, sorted and answered from what is already in your systems, instead of being read twice by a person.
Assembling the same report again
Numbers pulled from the places they live, put into the shape your reader expects, published on a schedule.
Cleaning up records
Duplicates, missing fields and stale entries reconciled between two systems that do not talk to each other.

What we will not do

These are not small print. They are the boundary that keeps the work honest, and they belong at the same size as everything we do promise.

Write you custom software
The deliverable is configuration and wiring on platforms you already use. If a job needs more than 50 lines of bespoke code, it gets its own quote or it gets declined.
Hold your data
Zero retention. Data moves between systems you control. We do not take a copy, we do not build a store, we do not keep it after handover.
Borrow or resell credentials
Everything runs under your accounts and your own OAuth grants. We never ask for a password and we never pass access to a third party.
Pretend to be an enterprise vendor
No SSO integration, no permission model, no SLA, no compliance audit. If your procurement needs those, we are the wrong supplier and we will say so early.
Advise on law, tax or money
We automate the process. What the process should say is your accountant's and your lawyer's call, not ours.

How the three steps run

Each step is a fixed price and stands on its own. You can stop after the first one and keep the page we wrote.

1. Diagnostic

3 days

One page covering three things: which task costs you the most hours, using numbers you supply; whether it can be automated and what that depends on; and an estimate of the return, with every claim traceable to something you told us.

  • Input: your process, in your words
  • Output: one page, written for a decision

2. Build

3 weeks

We build the workflow the diagnostic selected, inside your accounts, and hand it over with the wiring documented. Then 14 days of support while it meets real traffic.

  • Configuration and integration, not a codebase
  • Handover session and written wiring notes

3. Run

Monthly, optional

The workflow is watched: breakage caught, failures fixed, small adjustments made as your process shifts. Priced monthly, cancellable, and never folded into step two.

  • Only after a build, never instead of one
  • Marginal cost is near zero because it runs itself

Payment is 50 percent to start and 50 percent on delivery. If the workflow cannot run in your environment within 7 days of handover and we cannot fix it, you get half of the build fee back. Published prices and the same boundary list live on the offer page.

Who this fits

It fits
A team of one to twenty where one person is the bottleneck on a repeating task, the task already has a defined trigger and outcome, and the tools involved have APIs or at least a sane export.
It does not fit
A process nobody can describe in one paragraph, a decision that needs judgment on every instance, or a system with no way in and no way out. We will tell you within the diagnostic, and you will have lost three days rather than a quarter.

Tell us where the hours go

A few lines is enough to start. We reply within one business day.
