# Black Orange

## What we do

- AI workflow integration: one workflow at a time, wired into tools the client already pays for,
  running inside the client's own accounts. Configuration and integration, not a platform.
- Android APK teardown through AppXray: a written report on the SDKs, ad networks, APIs,
  permissions and architecture inside an Android app.
- Two products of our own, both live: AppXray (app teardown) and AskOracle (I Ching reading).
- We run our own automation on the same machinery we wire into client systems: work leases, an
  append-only hash-chained ledger, a daily spending ceiling, MCP servers, a browser bridge and a
  Windows desktop agent.

## Published prices (fixed per step, no negotiation)

- Diagnostic: USD 300, delivered in 3 days. One page: which task costs the most hours, whether it
  can be automated, what that requires, and an estimate of the return.
- Build: USD 1,500 to 2,500, delivered in 3 weeks. The selected workflow, built inside the
  client's own accounts. Payment is 50 percent to start, 50 percent on delivery.
- Optional retainer: USD 300 to 800 per month, cancellable, never bundled into the build.
- AppXray teardown: from USD 29 per app, delivered in about two hours as PDF and Markdown.
- AskOracle full reading: USD 4.99. Casting is free.

## What is NOT available (as of 2026-10-04)

- No public HTTP API. There is no endpoint an agent can call.
- No MCP server endpoint that an agent can connect to.
- No self-serve signup, no card checkout, no account on this site.

Requests reach the company through a person or an email today. This list is repeated in
services.json under `notAvailable`, which is the file to check when planning against us.

## What we will not do

- No bespoke software beyond 50 lines without a separate quote. The deliverable is configuration
  and wiring on platforms the client already uses.
- No data hosting. Zero retention: data moves between systems the client controls.
- No borrowed, held or resold credentials. Everything runs under the client's own accounts and
  OAuth grants.
- No enterprise deployment: no SSO integration, no permission model, no SLA, no compliance audit.
- No legal, tax or financial advice.
