# Services: AI workflow integration

One workflow at a time, wired into the tools you already pay for. We are a small studio: we take
one process, make it run without you, and hand it back living in your own accounts.

## The first workflow is usually one of these

- Chasing what people owe you: reminders that go out on time, follow ups that escalate, and a
  record of who was asked when.
- Routing an inbox: incoming mail read, sorted and answered from what is already in your systems.
- Assembling the same report again: numbers pulled from where they live, published on a schedule.
- Cleaning up records: duplicates, missing fields and stale entries reconciled between two systems
  that do not talk to each other.

## What we will not do

These boundaries sit at the same size as what we promise.

- No custom software. The deliverable is configuration and wiring on platforms you already use. A
  job needing more than 50 lines of bespoke code gets its own quote or is declined.
- No data hosting. Zero retention: data moves between systems you control. We do not take a copy
  and do not keep one after handover.
- No borrowed or resold credentials. Everything runs under your accounts and your own OAuth
  grants. We never ask for a password.
- No pretending to be an enterprise vendor. No SSO integration, no permission model, no SLA, no
  compliance audit. If procurement needs those, we are the wrong supplier and will say so early.
- No legal, tax or money advice. We automate the process; what it should say is your accountant's
  and your lawyer's call.

## The three steps

### 1. Diagnostic: USD 300, 3 days

One page: which task costs the most hours (using numbers you supply), whether it can be automated
and what that depends on, and an estimate of the return with every claim traceable to something you
told us. You can stop here and keep the page.

### 2. Build: USD 1,500 to 2,500, 3 weeks

The workflow the diagnostic selected, built inside your accounts and handed over with the wiring
documented, then 14 days of support while it meets real traffic.

### 3. Run: USD 300 to 800 per month, optional

The workflow is watched: breakage caught, failures fixed, small adjustments made as your process
shifts. Cancellable, and never folded into step two.

Payment is 50 percent to start and 50 percent on delivery. If the workflow cannot run in your
environment within 7 days of handover and we cannot fix it, half of the build fee is returned.

## Who this fits

- Fits: a team of one to twenty where one person is the bottleneck on a repeating task, the task has
  a defined trigger and outcome, and the tools involved have APIs or a sane export.
- Does not fit: a process nobody can describe in one paragraph, a decision that needs judgment on
  every instance, or a system with no way in and no way out.
