One workflow, running inside your own accounts, in three weeks — $1,200 flat.

1 · Who this is for

You run a one-person software or consulting business. You're not looking for a platform, a course or a retainer. You have one specific task that eats hours every week, and you've already decided to fix it.

You have your own Claude or OpenAI account and your own Stripe, QuickBooks or CRM login — and you're fine using them. If you wanted a system that holds your credentials, this isn't it.

2 · The problem

For most solo founders that one task is money-in. An invoice goes out, then the chasing starts: checking who's overdue, writing the reminder that doesn't sound passive-aggressive, checking again four days later, matching the payment when it finally lands.

It's rarely a whole day. It's 20 minutes here, 40 minutes there, every week, forever. The work isn't hard — nothing about it is automatic, and it never stops.

3 · What you get

A one-page flow map. How that task works today (trigger → steps → where you have to step in), and what it looks like after.
The working workflow itself, configured inside your accounts — your model provider, your Stripe, your QuickBooks, your CRM. We write the configuration, prompts and connections. We never hold your credentials.
One automated link, not five. The first build is usually invoice chasing: open invoice → overdue reminder → reconciliation. Other options are lead-to-proposal or a content pipeline — still one at a time.
A handover. A one-page runbook plus a 60-minute screen recording, so you can edit it yourself later.
14 days of follow-up. Async questions after handover, answered within one business day.

4 · Price and timeline

$1,200 flat. Three weeks. 12–16 hours of our time. 50% to start, 50% on handover. We don't begin before the deposit clears — that's also the first honest test of whether this is a real priority.

Refunds — the exact terms

If the workflow won't run in your environment after handover and we can't fix it, tell us within 7 days and we refund 50%. If we haven't started work yet, you can withdraw and the deposit is returned in full. Once work has started we don't refund unworked hours at all — we settle the hours already spent and return the rest. The deposit isn't a cancellation fee; it's the reason the three weeks get reserved for you.

We don't offer refunds for "I'm not happy with the results" — results aren't what this engagement promises. What it promises is a workflow that runs in your environment.

After the first 14 days, continued support is $150/month.

5 · How to start

Send one line: what the task is, and roughly how many hours a week it costs you.

If it's a fit, we reply with two questions, then a one-page scope. If it isn't, we say so — and if we know someone better suited, we point you there.

What we don't do

We don't resell, rent or share any platform account or API key. Everything runs under your accounts, with your authorisation — you open the accounts and you grant the access.
We don't touch Google Business Profile reviews — no reading them, no writing them, no access to any Google API with our own developer credentials.
We don't host your data. Default is zero retention: data moves between your systems, and we don't store a copy. If a build genuinely has to pass through your customer data, we sign a data processing agreement first — or we don't take the job.
We don't do enterprise deployment — no SSO, no permission systems, no SLAs, no compliance audits.
We don't write custom software. The deliverable is configuration, prompts and connections on platforms you already use. Any script over 50 lines is quoted separately.
We don't give legal, tax or accounting advice. Judgement calls in the workflow stay with you or your accountant.
We don't run your operations for you. This is build, teach, leave.

This is our first sprint engagement. There are no client logos or case studies on this page because there are no finished engagements to show yet — the price and the terms above are the whole offer.
