# Privacy notice

This notice covers one thing: what happens to the information you leave in the enquiry form on this
site. It does not cover our product sites, which carry their own notices.

## 1. What we collect

- Your name, so we know how to address the reply.
- A way to contact you (email, phone, or a social handle), used to reply and for nothing else.
- What you write about your need, so we can tell whether it is something we should take on.

Your browser also sends the referring page and a user agent string, kept for troubleshooting failed
submissions. We do not store your IP address. A one-way hash is used to rate limit repeated
submissions; it cannot be turned back into an IP and is not linked to your record.

The form contains a field a person cannot see (a honeypot), used to identify automated scripts. You
never need to fill it in.

## 2. What we do not collect

- No account is required, and we do not set cross-site tracking cookies.
- No identity documents, card numbers or passwords. Please do not put those in the message field.
- We do not use this information beyond answering your enquiry, and we do not build advertising
  audiences from it.

## 3. Where it is stored, and for how long

Enquiries are stored in our own data store (KV storage on the Vercel platform) and kept for 12
months, after which they are deleted automatically. If we confirm earlier that we will not follow
up, we delete them earlier.

## 4. Who can see it

Only the colleagues who handle enquiries. We do not pass it to third parties except when you
explicitly agree, or when the law requires it.

Hosting and storage are provided by Vercel, a necessary infrastructure processor. For page analytics
we load Google Firebase Analytics, which counts visits and sets first-party cookies for that
purpose. Those providers handle access data under their own policies. The site uses system fonts and
makes no third-party font request.

## 5. Your rights

You can ask at any time to show, correct or delete what you left. Email
blackorange0425@gmail.com and we will act on it and reply within a reasonable period. If you ask
for deletion, the record goes with it.

## 6. Minors

This form is for business and developer enquiries. It is not directed at minors.

## 7. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the scope of what we collect changes
materially, we will say so at the form.
